Punto Alto has a family-run 100% Made in Italy entrepreneurial history, which blossomed in 1946 immediately after the war. It is renewed in 2017, with the fourth generation of the family, as a knitwear company dedicated to researching cutting-edge products with the utmost respect for the environment, people and animals.
Punto Alto in its products wanted to maintain the high-end fashion range with the added value of the totally Italian supply chain.
The production reality uses natural and eco-sustainable yarns combining them with a unique design, and thus makes sustainable and luxury its combination of strength.
The knitwear factory
Punto Alto has its own production unit: the knitwear factory based in Como, in northem of Italy, with behind it more than 70 years of experience, he is endowed with creativity, innovation and craftsmanship.
The garments produced are characterized by high quality and uniqueness of their kind.
The professionalism and know-how of the company have been able to conquer both the big names in fashion and the emerging designers, to whom they entrust the creation of their collections, drawing inspiration by consulting the extensive historical archive.
The knitwear factory, in fact, boasts a large clientele divided into various countries such as Germany, England, Switzerland, USA and Poland.

Founder CEO
The founder and CEO Arianna Bernasconi, after graduating in Interpreting at the IULM University of Milan, decided to follow her passions:
fashion, love for animals and travel, and found Punto Alto, as a continuation of the family business.
She is fascinated by photography, shapes and loves to experiment with colors and various textures.
Thanks to the family business, she grew up in the world of luxury fashion, getting to know the stylists of the most important brands in world fashion.
